Add 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) of SimaraTM powder to cup. Heat 150ml of milk/mylk.
Pour a splash of hot milk/mylk into cup, use a mini whisk to create a silky paste.
Fill with remaining milk/mylk,
stir to a smooth and even colour.
